Yes, most definitely. However, you may want to give the furlore calming products a little touch and adjust the fluffiness based on your pet's preference. Please be advised that the products may be flat when you first open it up and this is totally normal. Please allow up to 5 days for the bed to inflate into its final shape especially for the furlore orthopaedic bed.

Yes, the covers of our bed and mat are removable and washable. You can hand-wash our products (recommended) or machine-wash using a gentle wash mode and allow it to line dry. We do not recommend washing the inner insert, if necessary, hand wash only.

For hygiene reasons, once the bed has been opened or removed from its original packaging we are unable to accept a return for it. If you are unsure about the size, please do not open the bed and contact us at hello@furlore.com and we will be able to answer any queries or concerns that you may have.

We have a really quick order processing timeline but yes, you can cancel as long as your order has not been shipped out.
