Yes, most definitely. However, you may want to give the calming products a little touch and adjust the fluffiness based on your pet's preference. Please be advised that the products may be flat when you first open it up and this is totally normal due to the packaging. Please allow up to 3 days for the calming products and up to 5 days for the orthopaedic bed to inflate into its final shape.

Yes, it has the waterproof cover lining on the memory foam.

Yes, the covers of our bed and mat are removable and washable. You can hand-wash our products (recommended) or machine-wash using a gentle wash mode and allow it to line dry. We do not recommend washing the inner insert, if necessary, hand wash only.

While our beds are designed to be durable and withstand regular wear and tear, it's important to note that no pet bed can truly be considered 'indestructible'. Dogs and cats have varying levels of energy and chewing habits. Furlore beds are made from high-quality materials meant to last, but it's always a good idea to monitor your pet's behaviour and provide appropriate toys and supervision to ensure longevity of their bedding.

For hygiene reasons, once the bed has been opened or removed from its original packaging we are unable to accept a return. If you are unsure about the size or colour, please do not open the bed and contact us at hello@furlore.com and we will be able to answer any queries or concerns that you may have.

We have a really quick order processing timeline but yes, you can cancel as long as your order has not been shipped out.
