We offer free shipping Australia-wide and aim to have your order dispatched from our Sydney warehouse in 1-3 business days and the tracking information will also be provided. Our standard delivery times after dispatched are within 2-8 business days depending on your location and please allow up to 15 business days for some remote areas. Please note that delays may occur during the public holiday period.

To ensure reliable delivery across different regions, we work with a selection of trusted courier partners, including Australia Post and Sendle. This allows us to offer broader coverage and flexibility, depending on the destination.

International Shipping

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We aim to have your order dispatched from our local warehouse in Sydney, Australia in 1-3 business days and the tracking information will also be provided. Our standard delivery times after dispatched are within 8 to 25 business days depending on your country.

RETURN and EXCHANGE:

Return and Exchange

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy, with customers covering all postage costs for both returns and exchanges. This includes the cost of returning the item to us, any postage required to resend the original item to the customer if the return is not approved and the cost of sending the exchanged item to the customer.

All returned and exchanged items are subject to approval after inspection. Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and completely intact.

Faulty or Damaged

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at hello@furlore.com within 7 days, providing a description of the issue along with accompanying images. We will then assess the situation and work to resolve it promptly. Our customer experience is our first priority!
