Domestic Australia Shipping

We offer free shipping Australia-wide and aim to have your product dispatched from our Sydney warehouse in 1-2 business days and the tracking information will also be provided. Our standard delivery times after dispatched are within 2-8 business days depending on your location and please allow up to 15 business days for some remote areas. 

International Shipping

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We aim to have your product dispatched from our local warehouse in Sydney, Australia or overseas warehouse depending on your country in 1-2 business days and the tracking information will also be provided. Our standard delivery times after dispatched are within 8 to 25 business days depending on your country. 

 

RETURN and EXCHANGE:

Return and Exchange

We do offer 14 days return and exchange policy with customer to cover the return postage costs. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and completely intact. Simply contact us at hello@furlore.com and we will provide you with further assistance.

Faulty or Damaged

Our apologies for the inconvenience, please contact us at hello@furlore.com within 14 days of receipt of the product describing the issue along with images and we will sort this out for you. Our customer experience is our first priority!
